Do you feel like you need to protect your energy because you are influenced by others? When it comes to food we often want to copy what other people are doing around food instead of tuning into our own wants and needs. We can also allow others to influence our decisions.
But ultimately we are the ones in the driver’s seat.
After all, we are the only one who will ultimately feel our feelings so we have to make sure we are the ones who ultimately decide how things go.
Something that I’ve been learning to shift lately is not not be so guarded when changing my limiting beliefs – trust and know that if you attract a lot of people fearing food and wanting to believe that weight has to be a struggle you eventually won’t feel as triggered as your confidence compounds.
Confidence is just a practice. Everything is just a practice. Keep going.
And avoid the influence.
