If you judge, resist, or condemn where you are at right now with your emotional eating journey or with weight loss you will cause them to persist. This does not mean you give up.
Acceptance and surrendering is not the same as giving up.
You have to know your outcome is inevitable and focus on staying in alignment. You will get there!
