I talk about how important it is to keep your energy aligned and how measuring my body fat activated a pattern taking me back to my dieting days, luckily I also have a pattern to counteract the dieting mindset and it reminded me why what I do works and that it’s the mindset work that I do that keeps me on track.

It’s important not to focus on the need to change and to not have a negative view of your body.

When you disconnect from your body in order to follow a diet or set a goal and think that you need to improve something from a place of needing external validation your energy shifts.

This energy shift in me leads to emotional eating.
