What To Do After A Binge

I knew the cycle of dieting and binge eating all too well.

I used to take as much action as possible to try and “undo” the binge eating because of how much I feared weight gain.

I totally operated from a place of needing to have more discipline and be harder on myself to control my eating. What I’ve learnt is that you need to do the opposite in order to overcome binge eating.
