What To Do When You Feel Deprived Or Can Never Get Enough Food

Some of the lessons I’ve been learning around manifestation and teaching the girls I coach. How you have to understand the paradoxes in life to get what you want.

The dieting perspective and how it translates into manifestation of deprivation.

I notice far too many people make assumptions that everyone who is slim is depriving themselves. Yes there are fit/skinny/slim people who deprive themselves, but there are also overweight people who deprive themselves.

If you assume that slim/fit/skinny people must be “suffering” in order to look that way, you will create that reality for yourself and find it hard to lose weight.

You manifest what you focus on so choose to focus on examples of people who are where you want to be and DON’T feel deprived.
