I spent too much time looking at before and after photos and not having awareness of how my thoughts were impacting me.
Your thoughts and feelings determine your behaviours and hence your reality. If weight loss feels hard, it’s because you haven’t addressed the thoughts and feelings that drag you down.
When we enter into this place of how long it took that person, how long will it take me, I should copy exactly what they did, we are operating from the dieting mindset and it’s not a great energy to be in.
