  1. I was always good on initial impulse and short-lived enthusiasm, especially when it comes to diet and workout. After a week or two I was like no get-up-and-go, lets order a pizza, go to a party that last whole weekend and from new week in comfy old habits… Recently I read a book by Jennifer Morris The Just Cut It Method, which helped me to realise the problem. For quitters like me, every radical diet, every working your ass off slimin program is impossible to follow. Losing weight should be a long, extended process, especially if we want to sustein it and be healthier overall. For me losing 30 pounds it’s not a matter of month but more likely a year! We will see how this work, but I’m after first month and it’s ok 🙂
