Should You Follow Food Rules When Manifesting Weight Loss
I talk about certain food rules and other rules we tend to follow or believe we need to follow.
The power of shifting my beliefs around food and how these enable me to have food freedom and maintain the weight I desire.
The answer to how meals per day you should be eating. Are the food rules in accordance to listening to your needs or needing a solution outside of yourself.
If you are eating every 2-3 hours only because that’s what’s you “should” be doing then your trigger to eat is no longer hunger, it’s time or another reason other than hunger.
You have conditioned yourself to food rules and that’s why you have trouble trusting your body.
