This is me after constant lockdowns where the gyms are closed.

Last year (2020) I was in lockdown for most of the year (March - October), PLUS we continue to go in lockdown every couple of months.

Just because I go into lockdown, my weight doesn't fluctuate, I look this good, because I decide to look this good.

It doesn't matter if I cook,

or if I never cook,

if I order Ubereats everyday,

or if I'm busy in my business,

Thinking about life,

don't go to the gym

or do go to the gym,

EVEN IF I PRIORITISE EVERYTHING ELSE

I stay a

VIBRATIONAL MATCH TO

LOOKING THIS HOT.

Because it's not about what I do or not do

It's an energy.

It's an identity,

It's WHAT I DECIDED I WANTED.

You might think I've always been this way, but that's not the case.

For YEARS I dieted and fluctuated in weight.

The old me would have gained 20 pounds at least during lockdown, because I would manifest that reality.

It may, or may not look it but I'm 30 pounds heavier in this photo and I was miserable.

I thought I was so FAT and hated that none. of my clothes were fitting. It was so uncomfortable.

I lost 30 pounds after this photo and since I took this photo in 2014 I have not gained it back.

I don't fluctuate and I don't change clothing size

EVER.

It's more than just about my weight
